This is another one of the Dixie Cattle consignments that came straight from their show string. Pearl is a deep-bodied, ultra-feminine female that is highly flexible when put in motion. Her pedigree includes well-known genetics from the JD Hudgins ranch and V8 Ranch. Saying this, Pearl’s sire, JDH Mr. Lerato Manso 451/7, is a son of JDH Jene Manso 117/8, who was the paternal grandsire to the 2023 and 2024 International Grand Champion Grey Bull, JDH Massai Tradition 376/8. On the bottom side, the mother to this incredible female is a daughter of Mr. V8 564/6 “Big Aus” who is sired by +Mr. V8 846/5 and out of a great (+)JDH Karu Manso 800 daughter, Miss V8 379/6. It is to be noted that this female has had numerous half-siblings who have done exceptionally well both in the show ring and also in the pasture, proving their function ability and productivity. As an added note, Pearl ranks in the top ½ of the breed for carcass weight, REA, and calving ease.
