Lady H Jenny Rojo 248/8 has a deep cherry red coat and straight lines, combined in a moderately framed, feminine package. She offers a pedigree that will further add to her value as a donor. Her sire is HK X-Ray, the clone of the proven sire +Mr. 3H X-Ray 825. The dam to Jenny is a former show heifer and a flush mate to two other show heifers that are sired by the National & International Champion and Two-Time ABBA Show Bull of the Year +Mr. Winchester Magnum 999. There is not a more proven cross in the red Brahman breed than the lines of X-Ray on Winchester Magnum. This young red female offers a breed leading pedigree and performance profile that ranks in the top 1/3 of the breed for 4 economically relevant traits. In addition to her pedigree that is the result of “The Golden Cross” and her power packed performance profile, Jenny is also built right from the ground up-being sound structured, standing on adequate bone, deep ribbed, straight in her lines, and thick ended-all in a feminine package. Special Information for Heritage Cattle Company 
Payment Terms: Terms of the sale are cash or check payable to Heritage Cattle in full immediately following the sale. Cattle will not be released until payment is made, unless prior arrangements are made.

Registration and Transfer: Transfer of animal ownership will be the responsibility of Heritage Cattle Company and will be done at the expense of seller only after clearance of all checks. Transfers should be completed within 2 weeks of sale date.

Refunds: Any refund for an animal is within the sole discretion of Heritage Cattle Company. Refunds requested due to structural defects or animal disposition are allowed for fifteen (15) days after Buyer takes delivery of the animal. Heritage Cattle Company shall have the opportunity to evaluate any animal before any refund is offered.

Breeding Guarantee: Heritage Cattle guarantees that all animals are breeders, with the exception of a) calves under 12 months of age at the time of sale; b) animals exhibited at any livestock show after the sale has occurred; c) animals who suffer injury or disease following the sale; e) animals subjected to negligence by or willful misconduct on the part of the buyer; f) females that are flushed or aspirated before giving birth to a natural calf and g) bulls that have semen collected prior to having the opportunity to breed females naturally. Bulls are not sold with a semen collection or freezing guarantee. We make no further guarantees, including the ability of any animal to compete in livestock shows, disposition, and length of life or production. If a female does not prove to be a natural breeder by two years of age, Heritage Cattle reserves the right to try for a six-month period to breed the heifer.

The sale terms and conditions constitute a contract between the buyer and Heritage Cattle and are equally binding upon both parties. The rights and obligations herein are not transferrable or assignable. In the event of a dispute between Buyer and Seller, these terms shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. In the event litigation arising out of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, venue and jurisdiction shall be established in Wharton County, Texas.

UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR ANY OTHER WRITTEN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES RELATING TO THE SALE, HERITAGE CATTLE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EVEN IF SUCH PURPOSE IS KNOWN TO THE PARTIES. THE REMEDIES PROVIDED IN THESE SALE TERMS ARE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES OF THE BUYER, OR ANY PARTY CLAIMING THROUGH THE BUYER, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES UNDER ANY INDEMNITY PROVISION OR OTHERWISE.
