We appreciate Lucky C Brahmans for making the trip down from Missouri, and boy, did they bring some good ones! Mad Max 08/23 (P) is a smooth-polled bull that every person at the sale should love. He is a moderate-sized bull that packs a lot of pounds! Mad Max is square in his hip, has a ton of body depth, and is extended out of his front one-third. What we get most excited about is that Mad Max is sired by LN Polled Apollo 119/9 (P) who is a smooth polled bull that was bred by La Negra Cattle Company in south Texas, but most importantly, Apollo is an own son of LMC LN Polled Pappo 136/6 (PP) and out of a HK Paragon daughter, LN Cupcake 27/7. On the bottom side, the mother to Mad Max is Miss Malie (P), who is one of Lucky C Brahman’s most known donors for the qualities of an excellent mama cow, having a super soft bag and extra gentle disposition. As you study the EPD ranking of this potential herd sire, he ranks in the top ½ of the breed for birthweight, scrotal circumference, docility, yield grade, and fat thickness. Check this out!
