DESCRIPTION:  We appreciate the opportunity to participate in this sale with our good friends. We are known to operate a small but elite herd that "crafts" matings. MF Ms. Luna 36/3 is a deep ribbed, heavy structured, long bodied, and beefy heifer. 

Luna is sired by the 2020 National Grand Champion & 2021 International Grand Champion Red Brahman Bull who was recognized as the 2020-2021 ABBA Red Brahman Show Bull of the Year, Mr. CBR 667/8 “Cutter”. No matter where the show is you will see that Cutter is the sire of the winners. We like “Cutter” a lot due to his practical build and pedigree that combines +Mr. WCC Maximus Rojo 82/4 and the National Champion and top Herzog Cattle Company donor, +Miss CBR Viva 491/0. 

The dam to Luna is VL Elena 8/150 who was a many time show winner with one of her biggest accomplishments being named as the “All American” Reserve Junior Champion Female. 8/150 is by +VL Rojo Wiskey 1/48, who was a former show bull and now proven sire as validated by him reaching the ABBA Register of Renown, and out of a daughter of the proven Santa Elena Herd Sire VL Rojo Designer 2/70 and one of their most influential cow lines. We think a lot of the 8/150 cow and believe in time she could be one of our top donors. To further enhance this package Luna ranks in the top 20% of the breed for Marbling EPD.
