DESCRIPTION: We thought long and hard about which heifers to offer in our first production sale and feel it is only fitting to begin with a Diamond! Miss SCC Schultes Diamond is a sweetheart and perfect for a beginner showman. Diamond’s Dam Miss CRH Diamond 607 is a strong donor in our program. 607 was awarded the 2016 Reserve Champion International Produce of Dam, she is also the dam to Mr. SCC Studley 75/3 who was Calf Champion and Reserve Grand Champion bred and owned bull at the 2014 All American being in the youngest class of the show. Calf Champion Grey Bull at the 2014 Bluebonnet Kickoff and 2015 Intermediate Champion Bull in San Antonio, Studley has become one of our top sires at our ranch breeding huge bone and deep muscled calves. Another 607 calf is Mr. SCC Schultes Rio 200/9 who Won 2019 Reserve Grey Calf Champion Bull and this past year was 2020 Reserve Junior Champion Grey Bull at the Bluebonnet Kickoff.

This year we decided to take a chance on a young bull Mr. BER Justify 506 to mate with a few of our donors, when we saw the calves we knew we made the right decision, all of the calves are the keeping kind and very gentle. Diamond is a very sound female exceptional on her feet and legs, she is huge deep ribbed, extra wide in her pins and has an arrow straight topline, smooth shouldered and eye catching look and did we mention GENTLE!! As a calf she would come and lay beside Kaysee in the large pasture she was raised in. She is a hard one to let go!

We feel Diamond will follow in the footsteps of her brothers in having a successful show career and then begin what we think will be her greatest asset which will be one who produces outstanding females.
