We asked Dixie to bring one of their best red show heifers and that they did. DC Miss Ruby Red Metallic. She is deep bodied, beautiful dark pigment, a grand daughter to Ironman and comes to us today bred to their DB Southern Style 1/355 Herd Sire - most folks know as “Brutus”. Brutus is a son of the Register of Renown Bull Mr 3X-HK Oro Rojo 800 from Detering Red Brahmans, which those genetics are no longer available. Ruby has won several classes (even against grey cattle) and several divisions at multiple shows across the South. Every one of Ruby’s siblings have been Show Cattle for Dixie, her brothers won several titles across FL including the Kissimmee Valley Red Bull Champion and Champion Red Bull at the Deep Classic show in Mississippi.
