DESCRIPTION:  When we acquired "The Butler," we had no idea of the profound impact he would make, not only on our herd but also on the polled Brahman breed. He was a successful show animal, earning numerous championships across the US under the care of V8 Ranch and Glenn Cox. At the time of purchasing his sire, 135/7, Mr. V8 380/6 (The Machine), was young, and we did not anticipate the tremendous influence he would have on the American Brahman breed. After his show career, The Machine's semen sales had a global impact, and he produced some beautiful daughters in our herd, including our Butler Polled Megatron herd sire, whom we still use today. 

The progeny of "The Butler" have made an impact on many of today's leading polled producers. We sold our half of 135/7 to Southern Cattle Company but retained semen ownership in him.
