JWD Fancey GYR is a beautiful female you love for her moderation, color, and performance. The gyr cattle originated in West India in the state of Gujarat. The gyr is also distinctive in appearance, typically having a rounded and domed forehead, long drooping ears, and horns that sweep back and spiral up. Fancy GYR originates from Mr. Dobbins’s best genetic lines, being sired by Commanche GYR 110 and out of the productive donor female, JWD Miss Butterfly, who is the own daughter of Mr. CWS 211. It is to be noted that this female ranks in the top 1% of the gyr breed for birthweight, 10% for fat thickness and 15% for yield grade.
