If buyer is from Guatemala, the lot is delivered at El Ceibo, Petén border at no cost, from the border to final destination shipping cost will be absorbed by the buyer . If buyer is from Mexico, shipping cost will be fully absorbed by the buyer considering that the lot will be delivered from Mérida Yucatán, Mexico.
