He is sired by one of our most performance-oriented sires Mr. H Titus Manso 122/7 that we own with RedSmith Genetics. Titus is the product of two Register of Renown parents to include +JDH Mr. Manso 854/4 who has literally sired champions around the world and the proven donor +Lady H Principe Sweet Manso 757 who has produced 48 offspring in the USA and Panama to include a Register of Renown Cow and National Champion Bull. The dam to Blackwell is a cow that we purchased from D Bar Ranch that combines the International Champion +Mr. H Elijah Manso 281/2, the National Champion +JDH Mr. Manso 840, and the Vanguard Cow with 53 progeny $D Bar Miss 766/1. To further add value to this future sire is his performance profile that charts positive for 14 of the 16 measured traits. We are selling a 50% 7-year term breeding interest that begins in 2023 and ends in 2030. Heritage Cattle Company will pay the cost of feeding and showing the bull. Once the bull reaches maturity the natural service of the bull will split time between partners. The partner housing the bull is responsible for upkeep. Any future semen collection costs and sale proceeds will be split between ranches. When the term ends, each party may sell or use their semen as they wish.
