Welcome to the EBBA Extravaganza-Bonanza Online Fundraiser Sale!
We are grateful for this opportunity to spotlight the hard work and talent of some of our members. The EBBA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, dedicated to the marketing and promotion of American Brahman and Brahman-influenced cattle in states east of the Mississippi. We accomplish this goal by hosting cattle-related events that offer educational opportunities for the general public and marketing opportunities for our members, as well as by mentoring our Junior members and helping them develop personal and leadership qualities that will benefit them in the show barn and beyond. By purchasing a lot in this sale, you are directly helping the EBBA in its mission, and are contributing to events such as the EBBA Extravaganza-Bonanza Open Shows every May in Perry, GA, and the EBBA Christmas Classic Open and Junior Shows every December in Hattiesburg, MS, in addition to the multiple open and junior Brahman breed shows we sponsor in our geographical area. You are also helping support the EBBA Private Treaty Sales Catalog, a quarterly online publication highlighting our members’ private treaty offerings, and the Eastern Brahman Bulletin, the official newsletter of the EBBA, which is dedicated to keeping members apprised of upcoming events and educational opportunities.

SALE OPENS May 3rd, 2024 AT 8 AM AND CLOSES May 4th, 2024 AT 7 PM EST

This Sale will feature the Best Cattle Sales “All Bids In – All Lots Sold” or a modified “Horse Race” style closing format.
The sale starts to close at 6:55 PM on closing day as it takes 5 minutes of no bidding on ANY lot for the sale to close. If there is no bidding between 6:55 PM and 7 PM on closing day the sale will close. If there is a bid on ANY lot the sale remains open UNTIL all bidding activity ends. Every time there is a bid the clock resets and another 5 minutes is added to closing time. It is suggested to all bidders to watch your lots until the sale is completely closed.
Example 1: Auction closes at 7:00 PM. There is no bidding from 6:55 PM to 7:00 PM. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 7:00 PM.
Example 2: Auction closes at 7:00 PM. There is a bid placed at 6:56 PM and countdown clock resets to 5 minutes. Auction is extended. No more bidding occurs. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 7:01 PM.
Example 3: Auction closes at 7:00 PM. There is a bid placed at 6:57 PM and countdown clock resets to 5 minutes. Auction is extended until 7:02 PM. Another bid is placed at 7:00 PM. Another bid is placed at 7:04 PM. Another bid is placed at 7:08 PM and countdown clock resets to 5 minutes. Auction is extended. No more bids are placed. All lots are declared closed.

SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT: Terms of the sale are check, debit card, or credit card, due upon receipt and before genetics or artwork are released by the seller. All invoices are to be paid within thirty (30) days of sale. Best Cattle Sales will provide buyers a receipt as proof of purchase, but buyers will be invoiced by and should pay the Eastern Brahman Breeders Association directly. If artwork purchased cannot be picked up from the Georgia National Fairgrounds immediately after the sale’s conclusion, the buyer can request for the artwork be shipped to them within thirty (30) days of sale for an additional cost of thirty-five (35) dollars. Shipping or storage of the genetics packages is to be arranged within sixty (60) days of sale, at the buyer’s expense. Upon receipt of payment, the seller will arrange the release of the genetics to the buyer as soon as possible. If full payment of any lot is not received within thirty (30) days, shipping of the artwork is not arranged within thirty (30) days, or shipping or storage of the genetics package is not arranged within (60) days, then upon written or electronic notice to buyer, the seller shall retain ownership of lots with full property rights, including the ability to sell the lots to another buyer.
LIABILITY: The Eastern Brahman Breeders Association does not guarantee the production of any calves as a result of genetics packages purchased. The Eastern Brahman Breeders Association is not liable for any damage to artwork or genetics lots that occurs during shipping, and recommends that the buyer ensure their goods accordingly.
HEALTH: Animals have been provided the utmost care, nutrition, and vaccinations under the guidance of the seller’s veterinarian. Animals are assumed sound and healthy at sale time.

The first thing you need to do is make sure you are signed up to bid. If you have never signed up you will need to sign up on our Sign Up Page. On the Sign Up Page you will be asked to create an account. See the below image for an example of the form.
You will also be asked to create a username and password. You MUST have a valid email address in order to register. Remember to hit SUBMIT at the end.
You are almost finished and ready to REGISTER for the sale! Simply check your email and activate you account. Once you click on the verification of your email you will see this screen.
If you do not see the above screen then you should see this screen and you can request for the verification email to be resent.
If you do not get the verification email please check your spam folder or contact Victoria Lambert at 713-806-3998 for assistance or send us an email and we will help get your email verified.
Once you are signed into your account you will need to register for the sale. On the home page of Best Cattle Sales look in the drop down for the category/ name of the sale. Remember – You MUST be signed into your account in order to REGISTER. Look for the RED button that says Register For Auction. You will only need to REGISTER one time.
