Welcome We would like to give our consignors a GREAT BIG THANK YOU, without them these sales would not be possible. Both the ETSSA, which is the oldest area Association in Texas, and HOTSSA are steeped with a long-standing tradition of producing top quality cattle that will perform in any type of herd that a producer might have. Our two Associations represent some 2000 head of cattle. We are continuing our thought process, which is to honor a different breeder each year. These programs have stood the test of time and through their diligence and hard work have not only had an impact on the breed but also on the beef industry.

This year’s honorees are Simmentals of Texas, Scott Riddle and Fred Schuetze. These two men have bred, raised, promoted and advanced every breed in Simgenetics. Thank you, Scott Riddle and Fred Schuetze, for all that you have done and continue to do.
