DESCRIPCIÓN: Ésta es el tipo de novillona que llama la atención dentro de cualquier grupo de hembras debido a su gran caracterización racial y feminidad, la cual combina con un buen hueso, unas grandes masas musculares y una extraordinaria longitud corporal.
Hija de uno de los mejores toros en la historia del Brahman “(+)JDH WOODSON DE MANSO 206/7” Campeón Internacional en Houston en 2007 y Campeón Nacional de Estados Unidos en 2005; es el toro de la ganadería J.D. Hudgins que más campeones ha dado alrededor del mundo incluyendo 8 toros Gran Campeones en Houston.
Esta hembra a la edad de 16 meses presento su primer calor, pese a que nosotros servimos las hembras a una edad más avanzada, decidimos dejar a uno de nuestros toretes jóvenes de pista para que la sirviera pensando que no quedaría preñada ya que ambos animales eran muy jóvenes; nos sorprendió su fertilidad ya que resulto gestante en ese mismo servicio y por lo tanto será la madre de la primer cría de “Chapopote 117”, el cual fue Campeón Joven Mayor en la Exposición Nacional del año pasado y confiábamos podía ser Gran Campeón Nacional este año; lo cual no pudo ser debido a la cancelación de las Exposiciones Nacionales por el COVID-19.
Su madre “JDH LADY BEULAH MANSO 827/7” es una de las mejores donadoras en la historia de Rancho Chapopote, ha sido dos veces Campeona Nacional de progenie y es madre de múltiples Campeones Nacionales incluido el toro “Chapopote 571”, Gran Campeón Nacional del 2015, todo esto la hizo merecedora de un reconocimiento por parte de la revista The Brahman Journal como la segunda hembra que más hijos campeones ha producido en México del 2008 a la fecha en Juzgamientos Nacionales de Brahman.
En raras ocasiones vendemos hembras de las líneas de sangre de nuestra famosa vaca 827/7 ya que normalmente las conservamos como reemplazo debido a su gran habilidad materna y al fenotipo que transmiten a todas sus crías. La abuela materna de esta hembra “JDH LADY LEONA MANSO 88/7” es una de las líderes en cuanto a producción de leche y habilidad materna dentro de los EPDs de la ABBA; además ha sido 2 veces Campeona Nacional De Progenie y madre de muchos de nuestros campeones nacionales, todas esas características se las transmitió a la madre de esta hembra (JDH LADY BEULAH MANSO 827/7) y ella a sus hijas.
Todo esto hace aún más atractivo el poseer una futura donadora como esta ya que más allá de su excelente fenotipo proviene de líneas genéticas probadas en cuanto a producción y productividad durante muchas generaciones.

DESCRIPTION: This is the type of heifer that attracts attention within any group of females due to her great breed character and femininity, her tremendous bone, excellent muscle pattern and her extraordinary length of body.
She is sired by one of the best bulls in the history of the Brahman breed, (+) JDH WOODSON DE MANSO 206/7. He was the 2007 International Champion in Houston and 2005 National Champion in the United States; he is a herd sire that has produced many champions for J.D. Hudgins including 8 Grand Champion bulls in Houston, as well as being a prolific producer of champions around the world.
At the age of 16 months RC MAYA BRENDA 290 TE showed her first heat. Typically we do not breed our females until they are slightly older, but we decided to leave one of our haltered young bulls to work with her, thinking that she would not get pregnant since both animals were very young. We were surprised by her fertility, because she was pregnant in that service and therefore she will be the mother of the first calf of CHAPOPOTE 117, which was the Junior Champion in the National Show from last year. We were confident he could have been the Grand National Champion this year, but we will never know owing to the cancellation of the National Show due to COVID-19.
MAYA BRENDA 290’s dam is JDH LADY BEULAH MANSO 827/7, one of the best donors in the history of Rancho Chapopote. She has been two-time National Champion Produce of Dam and is the dam of multiple National Champions, including the bull CHAPOPOTE 571, who was the 2015 National Grand Champion. Because of all her many outstanding progeny she has been recognized by The Brahman Journal magazine as the #2 female for producing the most champion progeny in Mexico from 2008 to date in Mexico National Brahman Shows.
It is only on rare occasions that we sell daughters from the bloodlines of our famous 827/7 cow, as we normally keep them as replacements females due to their great maternal ability and their phenotype that 827/7 transmits to all her calves. The maternal grandmother of this female JDH LADY LEONA MANSO 88/7 is one of the leaders of milk production and maternal ability in the ABBA EPDs; She has also been 2 time National Champion Produce of Dam and mother of many of our national champions; all these characteristics are passed on to the mother of RC MAYA BRENDA 290 TE and we know that JDH LADY BEULAH MANSO 827/7 passes these traits on to her daughters.
All this makes it even more attractive to have RC MAYA BRENDA 290 TE as a future donor; her excellent phenotype comes from genetic lines that are proven in terms of production and productivity for many generations.
