This Sale will feature the Best Cattle Sales “All Bids In – All Lots Sold” or a modified “Horse Race” style closing format.
The sale starts to close at 6:55 PM on closing day as it takes 5 minutes of no bidding on ANY lot for the sale to close. If there is no bidding between 6:55 PM and 7 PM on closing day the sale will close. If there is a bid on ANY lot the sale remains open UNTIL all bidding activity ends. Every time there is a bid the clock resets and another 5 minutes is added to closing time. It is suggested to all bidders to watch your lots until the sale is completely closed.
Example 1: Auction closes at 7:00 PM. There is no bidding from 6:55 PM to 7:00 PM. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 7:00 PM.
Example 2: Auction closes at 7:00 PM. There is a bid placed at 6:56 PM and countdown clock resets to 5 minutes. Auction is extended. No more bidding occurs. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 7:01 PM.
Example 3: Auction closes at 7:00 PM. There is a bid placed at 6:57 PM and countdown clock resets to 5 minutes. Auction is extended until 7:02 PM. Another bid is placed at 7:00 PM. Another bid is placed at 7:04 PM. Another bid is placed at 7:08 PM and countdown clock resets to 5 minutes. Auction is extended. No more bids are placed. All lots are declared closed.

The following sale terms and conditions apply for the 2026 Summer Selection Sale consignments from STgenetics Brahman and HK Cattle:
TERMS OF SALE: All cattle and frozen genetics shall be paid for by check, credit card, or cash prior to load out of cattle or pickup/shipment of frozen genetics unless payment arrangements have been pre-approved in writing by Sale Management. No cattle, frozen genetics, embryos, or other purchased property shall be released until payment has been received in full. All sales are subject to the terms and conditions published at www.stgen.com, unless superseded by a sale agreement, license agreement, lease agreement, or other written agreement executed by the parties and applicable to the transaction, in which case the applicable written agreement shall govern. All balances are due within thirty (30) days following the closing of the sale.
CATTLE VIEWING: Sale cattle will be available for viewing at STgenetics in Navasota, Texas, beginning two (2) weeks prior to the sale. Visitors are welcome by appointment only through Sale Management.
BIDDING: Each sale offering will be sold to the highest bidder without reserve. In the event of a dispute regarding bidding, the decision of Sale Management shall be final. The 2026 Summer Selection Sale will be broadcast live on BestCattleSales.com. Telephone and absentee bids will be handled confidentially, with satisfaction guaranteed. Payment in full for IVF aspiration lots must be received before the aspiration procedure is scheduled or performed.
IVF ASPIRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS: Lots selling as IVF aspirations consist of one (1) IVF aspiration per donor female and must be completed within twelve (12) months of the sale date unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Buyer and Seller. Aspiration dates shall be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon time based on the donor’s availability and STgenetics’ IVF production schedule. The Seller reserves the right to reasonably postpone an aspiration, if necessary, due to the donor’s health, reproductive status, or facility scheduling.
All aspirations shall be performed at STgenetics in Navasota, Texas. Should the Buyer wish to utilize a third-party veterinarian or technician, prior approval from the Seller is required; however, the aspiration must still be conducted at STgenetics.
If the IVF procedure is performed by STgenetics personnel, the purchase price includes the aspiration procedure, laboratory services, embryo production, embryo freezing, reverse sorting (if requested or required), and embryo transfer services. If the Buyer elects to utilize an approved third-party provider, the Buyer shall be responsible for all costs associated with the aspiration procedure, laboratory services, embryo production, embryo freezing, reverse sorting (if requested or required), embryo transfer, and all related expenses. The Buyer is solely responsible for providing or purchasing recipient females.
The Seller shall be responsible for transporting the donor female to and from the aspiration facility. Upon completion of the IVF process, the Buyer is responsible for arranging pickup or shipment of all embryos. Embryos remaining in storage at STgenetics after completion of the aspiration process will be subject to applicable storage fees.
The Seller guarantees a minimum of four (4) transferable embryos from each purchased aspiration. If fewer than four (4) transferable embryos are produced, the Seller shall, at the Seller’s sole discretion, either provide additional aspiration(s) until the guaranteed number of transferable embryos has been produced or issue a prorated refund based upon the number of transferable embryos recovered. If more than four (4) transferable embryos are produced, all additional transferable embryos shall become the property of the Buyer at no additional cost.
All embryos produced from the purchased aspiration shall become the sole property of the Buyer. No guarantee is made regarding fertilization rates, pregnancy rates, embryo transfer success, live calves, calf sex, genetic merit, or future performance of resulting offspring.
Should the donor female become infertile, unsuitable for aspiration as determined by a licensed veterinarian, permanently incapacitated, or die prior to completion of the purchased aspiration, the Seller’s obligation shall be limited, at the Seller’s sole discretion, to either providing a comparable donor aspiration or issuing a refund of the unused portion of the purchase price.
The Seller’s total liability under these terms shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the aspiration. Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the sale, aspiration procedure, embryo production, embryo transfer, or resulting offspring.
Any announcements made by Sale Management on sale day shall take precedence over all printed, digital, or previously published material.

The first thing you need to do is make sure you are signed up to bid. If you have never signed up you will need to sign up on our Sign Up Page. On the Sign Up Page you will be asked to create an account. See the below image for an example of the form.
You will also be asked to create a username and password. You MUST have a valid email address in order to register. Remember to hit SUBMIT at the end.
You are almost finished and ready to REGISTER for the sale! Simply check your email and activate you account. Once you click on the verification of your email you will see this screen.
If you do not see the above screen then you should see this screen and you can request for the verification email to be resent.
If you do not get the verification email please check your spam folder or contact Victoria Lambert at 713-806-3998 for assistance or send us an email and we will help get your email verified.
Once you are signed into your account you will need to register for the sale. On the home page of Best Cattle Sales look in the drop down for the category/ name of the sale. Remember – You MUST be signed into your account in order to REGISTER. Look for the RED button that says Register For Auction. You will only need to REGISTER one time.
